Signature 50
The 50-minute Lilac City Barre Signature Class was carefully crafted to ensure our members’ arms, back, legs, and core are engaged by incorporating classic barre movements, cardio, and weights for a comprehensive fully-body workout.

Signature 40
For those members who only have an hour, the Lunch Express is a 40-minute class, incorporating all of what you love about the full-body aspects of the 50-minute Signature Class, but in less time, so you can get back to your busy day.

Functional Fitness
This 50-minute class is tailored for members new to barre, recovering from an injury, returning to exercise, or aged 55 and above, emphasizing overall strength, stability, flexibility, and mobility with a focus on maintaining joint and muscle safety throughout.
